- Mainframe = The big computer used for bolk storage and proccesing.
- Palmtop = Mini laptop
- Personal Digital Assiastant = PDA (not a phone)


A Mainframe

Definitons of Hardware and Software

Hardware : The physical components of the system.
                 Eg. -Screen, Keyboard, mouse, ...etc.

Software : Set of commands that are processed for an output.
                 Eg. -Utility Software (used to change the system, like control panel or system preference)
                       -Application Software (Word)
                       -Operating System (the software written so that everything can use the machine)
